Following the launch of the flagship OnePlus 15, the company is gearing up for an even busier end to the year. OnePlus has officially confirmed that the OnePlus 15R and the OnePlus Pad Go 2 will debut on December 17.
Here’s a complete breakdown of what to expect from these two upcoming devices.
OnePlus 15R: Everything We Know So Far
The OnePlus 15R is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 6T launching in China, sharing the same design language. However, unlike the Ace 6T, the 15R will be available in only two colors: Charcoal Black and Mint Breeze. The phone features a flat frame and a square camera module that resembles the design of the OnePlus 15.
One standout highlight is durability. OnePlus has confirmed that the 15R will come with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K certifications, making it one of the most rugged smartphones in its class—matching the durability of the OnePlus 15.
Powering the device is the rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display. The phone is also expected to support a 165Hz high-refresh-rate panel along with a customisable Action Key.
In terms of cameras, teaser images hint at a dual-camera setup—a shift from the triple-camera system seen on the OnePlus 13R. Reports suggest the device will include a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP ultrawide lens, whereas the Ace 6T features an 8MP ultrawide camera.
When it comes to battery performance, the OnePlus 15R may even surpass the flagship OnePlus 15. Leaks indicate the device could pack a massive 8,000mAh battery, compared to the 7,300mAh cell in the OnePlus 15. Charging specs may include 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

It will reportedly be the first Go-series tablet with 5G connectivity, though this feature will only be available in the Shadow Black 8GB/256GB variant. Another color option—Lavender Drift—will also be offered.
The Pad Go 2 will introduce stylus support in the Go series, making it a more productivity-friendly tablet.
Expected Price and Availability
Official pricing for the OnePlus 15R and OnePlus Pad Go 2 has not yet been revealed. However:
- The OnePlus 15R may see a price hike compared to the OnePlus 13R, especially since the OnePlus 15 launched with an increased price tag. For reference, the OnePlus 13R debuted at 42,999 in India.
- The OnePlus Pad Go 2 may be priced similarly to the original Pad Go, which launched at 19,999.
