Huawei has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming Mate 80 series and revealed the complete design and color options for every model. The company also confirmed that the Mate X7 foldable will debut at the same event. The Huawei Mate 80 series is set to launch in China on November 25, alongside the Mate X7. Pre-orders for the lineup are already live.
The series will include the Mate 80, Mate 80 Pro, Mate 80 Pro Max, and the Mate 80 RS Ultimate Design. Huawei has also disclosed the design, color choices, and RAM/storage variants for each device.

The standard Mate 80 and Mate 80 Pro share a similar design language, featuring a redesigned circular rear camera module housing three sensors, including a periscope telephoto lens. Both phones also appear to include dual front cameras with 3D face unlock support. The Mate 80 will come in Dawn Gold, Obsidian Black, Snowy White, and Spruce Green, with 12GB/256GB, 12GB/512GB, and 16GB/512GB configurations. The Mate 80 Pro will be offered in the same colors and configurations, plus an additional 16GB/1TB variant.
The Mate 80 Pro Max—succeeding last year’s Mate 70 Pro+—features a quad-camera setup on the back with dual periscope telephoto sensors and dual cameras on the front. It will be available in Polar Night Black, Polar Silver, Polar Day Gold, and Aurora Blue, with 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB storage options.

Rounding out the lineup is the Mate 80 RS Ultimate Design model, which stands out with a unique octagonal camera module and a quad-camera array. It also includes dual front sensors and comes equipped with 20GB of RAM paired with either 512GB or 1TB of storage. Color options include Dark Black, Pure White, and Hibiscus.
