BTC Kokrajhar Grade 3(Non-Technical)New Recruitment 2024

The Central Selection Board, Bodoland Territorial Council invites applications from the intending eligible applicants in the prescribed CSB application format who are citizens of India for filling up 372(three hundred seventy-two) nos. of vacant posts of Gr.-III (Non-Technical) posts under different entrusted Departments /Establishments of BTC in Pay Band and Grade Pay as per ROP, 2017, and other allowances as admissible as per Govt. Rules. The Nos. of vacant posts are likely to increase or decrease.

BTC Grade 3(Non-Technical)2024 Age Limit:

The applicants shall not be under 18 or over 38 as of 01-01-2024. The upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Government norms: The age limit of the candidates will be calculated based on the School/Matriculation/ HSLC Admit Card and Birth Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council/School or other Government Institution as applicable and notified.

How to Apply BTC Grade 3(Non-Technical)2024:

(1). The eligible candidates may apply by filling up the CSB-prescribed application format along with 2 self-attested recent
passport-size photographs & photocopies of educational qualifications & age proof. A permanent BTAD residential certificate belonging to General category candidates from VCDC/Municipality as applicable is to be furnished in case of ST/SC/OBC/MOBC Caste Certificate. Candidates already working in Government organizations/ PSU/Corporations/Boards etc must apply through the proper channel.
(2). The application form duly filled by the candidate himself/herself along with complete testimonials should be submitted to “The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board, BTC, Kokrajhar, Station Road, PIN:783370”.

(3). The last date for receiving the application is fixed on 20th Nov. 2024 up to 5.00 pm. Incomplete applications in terms of
advertisement and applications received after the closing date will summarily be rejected.
(4). The envelope containing the application along with complete testimonials and one window envelope (size 23x10mm)
affixing Rs.5.00 (rupees five) postal stamp must be superscribed the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope.

BTC Grade 3(Non-Technical)2024 Application Fee:

All the eligible candidates applying for all the posts mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan (payable at Kokrajhar Treasury only) or IPO for an amount of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred) only for OBC/MOBC/General Category and Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred fifty) only for ST/SC candidates in favor of the Principal Secretary, BTC, Kokrajhar under the Head of Account-8443-Civil Deposit-Personnel Deposit. BTC is payable at Kokrajhar. In case of depositing of Challan the Treasury Challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury only will be accepted.

BTC Grade 3(Non-Technical)2024 Eligibility Criteria:

(1). Candidates who are already in Government service should produce a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) through the proper channel.
(2). Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify a candidate.
(3). Canvassing in any form either to the Chairman or Members of the Board is barred otherwise the applicant’s candidature shall be treated as disqualification.
(4). The relaxation of the upper age limit in the case of ST/SC/OBC candidates and Govt. Service is as per Govt. rules.
(5). The CSB, BTC reserves the right to cancel /withdraw any interview if the situation warrants it.
(6). Candidates belonging to the BTC area only can apply for the mentioned posts.
(7). Reservation will be as per the Sixth Schedule norms Examination / Interview:
(A) The eligible candidates applying for all the posts mentioned above will have to appear for a written Exam./Interview at their expense as and when called for.
(B) In the case of the Computer Operator, the proficiency test will be conducted including written exams.
